I was seeing similar from IBM during the same period ONLY on the .US variant, but since .COM redirects to .US, it didn't help (much). It's better now.

Talking about within the dropdowns. :( The main highlight is green, but within the dropdown, it's still very LIGHT yellow :(

I really wish you would use something other than YELLOW for the highlight in the Forum Actions (and probably other) menu.
