I have some time. Just need to know the contours you want. They used -8 dbw as the service area in their filings. I'm also working on a transponder/city/spotbeam spreadsheet to better understand what they are doing. Got the transponder/spot beam strapping done and working on cities now.

Will have to go back and look what contours I used last time.
