Just wondering if any members have tried the 1.8 Meter (approx) 6 foot offset dish. I found an online dealer that carries them for around 369.00 dollars (not including the lnb). It comes with an az-el mount and can be motorized with an actuator. requires a 4" pole. they also sell a special c-band Lnbf (according to them its a 13-18 volt polarity switching c-band lnbf with some type of dielectric plate installed for the offset angle).

the lnb mount requires a 44mm lnb diameter. I would like to use this for both C and KU band. I would have to have a v-box to convert diseqc commands to analog actuator signals . I think the superjack actuators use a hall effect switch and 34-30 volts dc to move the big dishes.

Not to mention the KU band gain is 47 db. (wow :yes ) It does not state C-band gain (that part worries me) Let me know.

Starband or Direcway it's my only choice
