Don't read too much into that comment. All I meant was that there are more serious problems to work on compared to the the nightly re-boot issue.

It was explained earlier, the bandwidth used for the updates is between 1AM and 5AM and does not stream the remaining portion of the day. Given, this is not from a Dish rep, so may be incorrect, but that is the most likely option, considering the population that is affected by this. If you think they just went willy nilly and said "we dont care what our customers think at all", then please do not respond, because we will disagree, almost 14 million times.
