They are just testing thses anyway. Probably be a while before the switch is flipped to on.

They did turn on 119 TP 10 last night, albeit at QPSK 5/6 FEC, 20.0MBPS

I think they will be testing the live conversion of a transponder from QPSK to 8PSK, as they will be doing that on Eastern Arc starting next week. Kind of like a dry run.

Thats my guess anyways.

119 TP10 has been up for a while. There were some locals there from when 148 died. They were there temporarily for folks to get 129 dishes set up

I did e-mail dish on Wichita DMA for their HD but I got no straight answer from them. no surprise there. oh well

Wichita doesn't have a beam on 129 that covers the entire DMA. E-14 that has not launched yet does though. They could put them on 72/77 at a later time if they number of subs is right to take up precious CONUS space.

The 8 HD test channels that I talked about were indeed uplinked yesterday, but were not added to Dish Networks uplink tables.

Here is a screen shot in TSReader of them, note nothing is airing on them at the moment.

Utilisima was on the PR spot beam, is now CONUS. Per dishnetwork.com, it's part of the DL Bonus Pack. Can someone verify whether Utilisima.com | Home is the web site for the TV channel?

Looks to be about right. The logo on the website matches the one that is displayed on the channel's screen during programs.
