Any trees or anything nearby at all? 129 is quite low on the horizon. You can use dishpointer.com's LOS checker to see what height obstacles have to be to obstruct the signal.

As long as you're sure that there are no obstructions, I don't see you having any more problems than the usual weather events with that SS. However if it bothers you enough, be sure to use your 60-day time window to get Dish to come out to re-peak it for free.

I'm a Dish technician in the mountains of New Mexico. Those signals all look really great to me! Your signal levels will vary depending on where you are located. Even in the mountains of NM, with a clear sky, I can usually only get around ~73,~73, and ~51. The lowest we can have the signal and still pass an inspection is around: 58,58, and 39 on 110,119, and 129. I wouldn't make a trouble call just for that unless your neighbors is significantly higher. :) I bet you're right where you need to be though!

Did you read the worksheet I posted? Those are the official minimums and averages for each respective area. That being said, I think that OP is close enough to the minimum to not have to worry about it. Could always learn how to peak the dish ;) .
