1000.4 EA Help with tuning

Ok, I've installed countless dish systems... I must be old and rusty this 1000.4 just doesn't fly with me.

I have an old dual buddy, it won't power the DPP LNBF, so if what I read is right, says to power the LNB direct to the IRD on port 1 of the LNB, then connect the meter to port 2 to tune.

Anyone clue me in on this? Not having much luck.

Nevermind, I'm stupid... been trying to use the bolt for my elevation mark... only off by like 10 degrees.
