I live in N.W. Oregon. I recently had a 211 receiver installed. The installer was supposed to install a 1000 dish. He told me that a 1000 dish would not function properly in this area. Can anyone shed any light on this? Also called tech support and they tell me there isn't a problem with the satellite 129. I beg to differ with them. I really enjoy E, but they must admit when they have a problem.
