101 Channel

anyone else having trouble accessing 101 channel? Past few day keep getting a not available in your area message. Called D* said it was blacked out for some reason.

That error message is for blackouts - but there is nothing on 101 that is normally blacked out?

Havce you tried resetting the receiver?

Agree I have never seen any programs that should be blacked out; but what day and time so we can at least have a look at the EPG.

Still having blackout problems, worked with D* CSR today and tried various resets and still not working. Sending out tech on Thursday.
