Since they are only HD channels, have these been added to Dish America/Silver/Gold packages?

Not as of this morning for DISH America.

I'm remembering the days when we were saying how more than 8 STANDARD definition channels per transponder was impossible. When they started testing 24 SD channels per transponder I remember writing something about it in the old channel list.

And some of them still look like crap. Chiller for example.
