Still nothing in the uplink this week for the PBS change that takes place in the Orlando market tonight. Station claims that dish would be ready. We all know how that is going to go. No PBS via dish in Orlando starting tommorrow.

Not that simply, they will need to add an extra channel and change the calls on the other, as WBCC is taking back ch 68 as an APT affiliate and WUCF is moving from ch 68 to ch 24. Dish removed the uplink for WMFE 24 PBS a year ago since all they were transmitting until this week was VME as a placeholder.
 
And at 2:15 am that is exactly what dish foolishly did, they moved WUCF from 68 to 24, and mistakenly deleted channel 68 completely which is still on the air as WBCC 68, dish is so dish-connected from the customers and broadcasters it's just not even funny.
 
Somebody please assure me that Echo 16 is on track for Nov.20 - then I can finally, reliably get the Buffalo HD locals - including the newly added WNED (PBS). I hope the end is near for Rainbow 1 and its wonky spotbeams.

SD channels are still available, they are now 7770 - 7773. PBS and CW are up linked and not available. We can only hope they will be available someday.

Why is the PBS station in Memphis not available in HD, it is uploaded but not available.
 
Most likely pending the contact date, or in anticipation of a pending contract.
