I'm just going to be that pest now. STOP IGNORING BOSTON! We have to be the only big market without the CW, MNTV, or PBS in HD. In fact our superstation is the only one not in HD in its home market. I'm about to pull gpullock's FearNet like Facebook attack on Dish if they don't stop ignoring us. And even though people do explain transponder space, I'm done buying it. Maine, Rhode Island, and I believe Vermont and Hartford all have every net in HD.

I would complain about KETS HD not being placed on WA as well (I'm on a pre-EA installation), but their OTA 720p picture doesn't even look as good as an upscaled widescreen DVD so it's not really worth it. I can always watch LPB-HD on my FTA system instead.

Call Dish, they'll either set you up with a second dish for 77 or set you up to EA. Are you getting Little Rock HD over the air?

Yes, we watch LR stations OTA so being on WA has never really been an issue. We can watch OTA when rain fade hits the dish unless there's a lot of lightning in the area. We're around 40mi from most of the UHF transmitters in WLR (SW of us), but KETS's is located nearly 48mi due south in Redfield, is VHF and partially blocked by local geography so we're right at the edge for picking it up at my house unless I setup a second OTA antenna pointed directly at it. I split the difference between WLR and Redfield and that works well...there's one other VHF-hi station in LR (KTHV which comes in fine) and one UHF station (KVTN) in Redfield which I normally can't receive but Dish carries it.

The Lincoln NE PBS covers the whole state using several channels. Its the same feed on all of them.
Why is DIsh not allowing this channel for the Omaha DMA? Omaha does not get it in HD, the smaller Lincoln DMA does.
DireCTV gives it state wide in HD by just giving everyone channel 12 in HD. NET PBS allows this since its the same channel.
Is there a way to suggest this to the DIRT team so they can pass the info on?
