110 and 129 poor signal, 119 strong

I have the wineguard traveler 1000 dish (2011 model) which is not blocked by anything with the following results:

Satellite 119 Transponder 7 - strength = fluctuates 45-80
Satellite 110 Transponder 10 - strength= fluctuates 0-10
Satellite 129 Transponder 29 - strength= fluctuates 0-13

Tonight I was told by wineguard to check:
Satellite 119 Transponder 19
Satellite 110 Transponder 19
Satellite 129 Transponder 21

Could this be an LNB or solo node problem?

I would suspect your Skew first

Then I would check you mount to make sure nothing is tilted slightly
