110 but no 119

Hi
I have a dish 500
a legacy twin lnb
a 3900 receiver
I plan to use a green dot card for 2 or 3 days at a time
When I set-up the system I get a lock on the 110, and the check switch showes the 110 only. does it need to show the 119 also to work? I don't want to actavate until I no it might work

Most DISH basic programming comes off 119.
