119 problem

which transponders for 119 do i need signal for... im only seeing 30% on one transpodner my 110 transponders are in the 40's and my 101 is in the 90's... i can't seem to get any 119 love though.... which transponders need signal for say fox and abc hd

i figured out what transpodners they were i just can't come anywhere close to getting satellite 119 to come in

Why would you sat that? The 119 has many local into local channels, also several HD channels.
