long time dish customer having problems with satellite 119

any 119 channel is susceptible to sudden signal loss

there is no consistent time of day or weather condition associated with these outages

doing a check switch will occasionally comeback saying it found fewer satellites then previously thought, but generally it passes

all 3 dish boxes are experiencing this

one of the boxes is on its own dish so a faulty lnb or wire should be unlikley to hit both dishes

Considering that you have essentially two systems at your place, I would suggest that it might be some connectors outside that are beginning to corrode. Do any of your splices run vertical? Check all outside connectors and see that the insides of the fittings are clean. Also, the stingers should extend above the fitting about the thickness of one nickel.

If that doesn't work, you might see if both systems are grounded. If they aren't, then ground them. If they are, try disconnecting the ground for a few days and see if stability resumes. If it does, then there might be stray voltage in the home, warranting a visit from an electrician.
