What does "changed package flags" mean for a local channel? I thought everybody got locals now? I don't remember ever seeing that notation on a local channel before. And what are these channels in the 6000s for anyway? I don't see any mapdown numbers on them like there normally would be for a local channel.

Those moved to 61.5 and these are probably just slates telling people to upgrade to EA

or possibly a zip code or something changed as to what locals it gets

Speaking of slates and channels moving to 61.5, why do I have these 4 new channels duplicated on 77 after they were moved to 61.5? The programming on both 61.5 and 77 are the same.

6220 WTAE Pittsburgh, PA - ABC MPEG4 HD 77°W 02 QPSK TURBO CODED (5/6) ConUS beam Available
6221 KDKA Pittsburgh, PA - CBS MPEG4 HD 77°W 02 QPSK TURBO CODED (5/6) ConUS beam Available
6222 WPXI Pittsburgh, PA - NBC MPEG4 HD 77°W 02 QPSK TURBO CODED (5/6) ConUS beam Available
6223 WPGH Pittsburgh, PA - FOX MPEG4 HD 77°W 02 QPSK TURBO CODED (5/6) ConUS beam Available

the ones on 77W are warnings telling folks to upgrade to EA

what does the guide say when you are on one of those channels and hit "info"

They are identical to the 61.5 channels. Guide is the same, programming is the same. I now have another set of channels to skip duplicate dish pass timers from. :(

Stranger still, the CBS local (KDKA) for Pittsburgh on 61.5W (6478) is showing the Bills/NE game while on 77W 6221 (KDKA) it is showing the Jets/Dolphins game. Both channels' guide is showing Jets/Dolphins. Weird.
