I checked and for Chicago, the elevation is 13.2 for 148

Its 15 here in MN

My problem is that I live in a pine forest.

I currently have 5 SEPERATE dishes set up for

61.5, 82, 91, 101, 110/119

Luckily I've been able to hide them behind trees, in bushes, etc, except for the 61.5

But I have no place in my yard for 129 because of elevation. Crap!

Who ever siad theat the Dish1000 would be a single dish solution for everyone, everywhere. IT WONT. Rainbow-1 would be almost useless it it were moved. The spot beams on rainbow-1 were designed for 61.5 slot, so it will most likely stay there and become the eastern mirror for whatever they do with 129, but thats all going to take a while.

I tlooks like the 129 slot should be visable, at a workable angle (about 20 deg elev) even from alaska.
