That's an odd one. That CONUS beam is blocking those spotbeams from going into service.

What TID are you seeing from Tp 5?

405 - locks with 20000 SR QPSK 5/6 - it's just about all NULLs except for the normal dish tables. Very high signal, so I assume it is Ciel-2.

If there is anything wrong with the satellite, it wouldn't surprise me since that is the transponder that the spotbeam for Indianapolis is is to be located on. It wouldn't be the first time it was uplinked and never came to be.

Get signal graph for one hour and check if it floating, then E5.

Never saw much floating in my area with E5. E5 was never a problem in this area.

Most likely - as there are no video/audio PIDs/stream for the 'channel'.
