The mapping between TID and the actual spotbeams on E16 is not there yet.

I think I read in another thread that Rochester has been changed from CONUS to a spot beam. If so, there is no way you will be able to receive them.

I will have to look at this thread on a real computer. The iPad app times out trying to load the first page of it.

If it helps with the mapping, these are on TP25. I am getting about the same SS as I was from E12.

I live in Columbia, MO and I went to the Point Dish screen on channel 5182(local NBC station) and it says Spotbeam 19 but the Uplink report says it moved to Spotbeam 11. Something is off... not sure what though.
The mapping between TID and the actual spotbeams on E16 is not there yet.
But the uplink report clearly says that the Columbia MO channels moved to TP 9 on E12, not E16. It's not a TID mapping issue.

It is possible that Dish reused old TIDs. If E12 is now in storage, then I think they must have done just that.

Looks that way. From the other unmentionable site:

61.5° 1s10 (Detroit) changed from 12.22400 2/3 FEC to 12.66140 3/4 FEC TP# changed from 1 to 31
61.5° 1s5 (Raleigh) changed from 12.22400 2/3 FEC to 12.66140 3/4 FEC TP# changed from 1 to 31
61.5° 9s11 (Chicago) changed from 12.34064 2/3 FEC to 12.48644 3/4 FEC TP# changed from 9 to 19
61.5° 9s4 (Washington DC) changed from 12.34064 2/3 FEC to 12.48644 3/4 FEC TP# changed from 9 to 19

That would explain slammers' reporting of TP19 for his locals instead of TP9.
