Maybe more HD being added to the Welcome or Smart pack?

All I know is, lots of channels were unavailable around 3 am this morning.

Maybe more HD being added to the Welcome or Smart pack?

Maybe they are hiding the four-digit channel numbers if you don't subscribe to those channels. They did the same thing to the HD channels that were added to Welcome Pack and Smart Pack. I no longer see the guide listings for the Welcome and Smart Pack HD channels on my deactivated receivers. I would certainly like to see the channels listed in the OP get added to Welcome Pack, especially AMC!
