Dish has a freeview
Directv has freeview
not on Comcast

Comcast sometimes does these only "On Demand" - I can't tell whether they simply can't be bothered to activate the linear channels or what the reasoning is. I think it's mostly that they really like to promote their (admittedly quite extensive) On Demand platform.
