2 Hopper & 2 Sling Adapters - No Sound

I have 2 Hoppers and up till yesterday, 1 Sling Adapter that is hooked up to my family room Hopper. The Family room Hopper is the one plugged into my home network. When I accessed my Hopper from a remote device (my Droid 4) everything work fine and the picture and sound quality was fine.

Yesterday I added a 2nd Sling Adapter to my bedroom Hopper and today I checked access to both receivers from my Droid 4 and have access to both and both play both live and recorded video but I have no sound from either receiver.

Am I missing something? Does the 2nd Sling screw everything up?

No ... It shouldn't... I have two Hoppers & two slings. Had them since day one. Everything works ok.

I would try force closing the app and if that doesn't work then delete and redownload it. If that still doesn't work I would try DISHOnline.com from your PC to see if that functions. If you are still having issues I would call or chat in and have the advanced tech agent submit a technical problem report for you so that they can get it escalated to their engineers.
