2 remotes on TV/1

Hey guys, I recently changed out the batteries on my 6.4 uhf remote and it lost the programming. This remote is on TV/1 along with a 20.0IR remote on TV/1 (one remote controls the living room tv the other does the kitchen tv). Now on my 722K I cant figure out how to get them to both work on TV/1 again. Each time I hit the system info button then record on the remote it will knock the other off. I remember there was a trick to this and after searching I couldn't find it. Thanks

Do this with both remotes using the same number on both.


-Take the remote to TV1
-Press System info on front of receiver
-Press and hold the "SAT" button on the dish remote until all lights light up.
-Press any number 1-15
-Press #
-Press Record three times

When selecting a number 1-15 do you select same number for each remote?

Do both remotes have to be set to RF

nope you can have one rf and one ir as long as the code is the same on bolth they will work but the number must be diffrent then tv# 2 code shown under tv #1
