2-Way Remote Control

The last Dish Tech show they mentioned a new 2-way remote control that will be out soon. Does anyone know anything about it? Do you think it will worth getting one?

I hate when they say "soon "
The type of remote most of the times have LCD display for 2 way comunications, so you can see some info in there.

I have to say it sounded very convoluted. With built in USB ports you would think it would be far easier to plug in a thumb drive, copy the timers over then take the thumb drive to a new DVR. Coming up with a remote that stores the timers? That sounds like a lot of inventing something that is very rarely used.

It's all about secrecy, again Dish can't survive if you'll know what is stored in NVRAM and what must be transferred to new DVR from old one.
