I ran this through google Translate in the gibberish to English section and it said it means: I'm glad that the old Esquire channel map and slate has been removed. TruTV is available on channel 149 temporarily in order to keep it grouped with the other sports channels during the NCAA March Madness play-in and round of 64 weekend games.

Not sure how accurate it is.
