I have a 30" dish and would really like to receive IA-5 (Telstar 5). Have tried every trick in the book (have read through a lot of forums). Can receive the DBS birds (with a Traxis 3500). Is a 30 inch dish too small for FTA in south Florida (West Palm Beach). Using an Invacom lnb. Have a 39"/1 meter dish on the way.
Thanks in advance.

nah a 30" should be fine for IA5

Sounds like something isn't set up right in the receiver settings

Just back from FL. 30" dish WILL do the trick! MUCH stronger satellite signals down there!

Is it the Invacom QPH-031?

If so make sure the L.O. is set to 10750 for the Linear outputs

And 11250 for the Circular outputs.

Yep, have all of that set.
Cannot figure it out for the life of me.
Should come in but no go.
My wife is Hungarian so I am trying to get Duna TV?
I have seen listings that say it is scrambled, and others that say it is not.
Can anyone inform me if Duna is scrambled or not?
Thanks.
