311 and 222 receivers

Hi there.

On my Dish account I currently have a 622 and a 722 receivers. I own couple of old 311 and was wondering, if I hook up the 311 receiver will it still work?

Also, maybe some one knows, how much will it cost these days to lease another 222 receiver?

$7/mth according to the CSR I spoke with two days ago. I called up and went with an HD only package, dropped all the pay movie channels, and had them swap out a SD box for the 222, and the net result is my monthly bill drops from over $140 to about $60!
