311 receiver says it's password protected

Call dish, they will confirm some personal info and reset it for you.

Unplug receiver from electrical source for 15 seconds
Plug back in and let receiver reboot

Login to your Dish account. Scroll down to the My Locks tab. This will reset all pin numbers on all of your receivers.
