318 error code

I just aimed my dish to 72.7. I am getting all the channels except for the program guide. I have VIP 222 receiver. I see the first 2 hours ahead but when I scroll for more, it says your info is outdated, click to update. But when I click to update, it goes back to the guide. Any ideas? I already did a check switch.

The EEPG is on TP21 on 72.7 so considering your location do you get signal on that TP?
There is no "regular" (44 hour) EPG on 72.7 but there is on 61.5,110,118.7,119,121,129

since you mentioned just 72.7 in your thread I would check option 1 I posted

Yes, I get TP21 on 72.7. Actually, it's one of the stronger TPS. Any other ideas?

maybe it needs to see the 44 hour guide too

Had an issue with it on a k2 recently. Have you tried running a check switch to dump the current guide info and re-downloading?

Yes, I ran a check switch but no luck.
