322 install help

OK guys, I need help please. I installed a 322 with 2 cables to my DP34.I can't get it to find 119 but all the other ports find 61.5-119-110. I called a local installer and he said a hard reboot followed by a regular reboot should find it. Not my lucky day so far.Any other ideas? Like I said my 211 and 510 are all fine. Any ideas

try swapping ports? If the problem follows the port, then the DP34 is failing.

Update: Switched ports all around and still the same problem.What else can it be?

What software is in the receiver? could be a bad or really old. should be L422 or L0XX for factory. if it's any other software power both tuners off and see if if will download. Any more questions PM me.

I spoke to soon. Now lost 510 just by switching ports and then going back to where it was.

Change the order of your sat feeds into the dp34. If it changes then you have a bad dp34. If not then I would say your 119 lnb went bad or is out of alignment. Are you getting signal on 119?

Thanks to all. I guess I will leave it to my Sunday installer. I ordered a new 722 and they are taking the 510 and 211. I may then ask him to get the 322 working.
