This is a sports channel move that needs to be added to the filter.
The sports moves don't need to be reported.

since HD RSN's aren't in HD 24/7 on Dish every day Dish moves the sports HD channels between TP30 & 20 (on 61.5) depending on the HD workload.
TP30 is a slate
TP20 will have the game

These are normally hidden from the uplink report but on 4/1 3 RSN's changed from FSN ____________ to Root Sports ___________. Digi hasnt caught up on those changes
