forgive me for not being in-the-know, but why cant i see this channel? i did a search and got a billion uplink threads, checked a few of em but havent learned anything

It is usually made available only to markets facing some sort of tax increase on satellite TV. If your state is going to put in a satellite tax then the markets in your state would be given the channel. Call your rep and complain is the main theme.
