FYI.... updated the report with a new version I'm testing in house. Although it looks the same, I had to rewrite some things to handle the local channel renames. Previously when a local was renamed it didn't show the location of before and after. Fixed some other issues with the EPG for locals, they show the location now. Added more info to the removes, etc.

Yea, looks like DIY and......ID?

Of course, they are only test channels.

Just thought of a new feature ;) Since they seem to drop in the TMP's on the commercial numbers/tier of 4xxx lately, I'll match up the name to the regular range and put it out to the right of the channel add. But of course as soon as I get this working they'll change their ways...

No, I just realized something. That's probably just Charlie messing with our heads. The channels are likely SHNBC-HD and Charlie-HD. :)

They've been following that pattern for a while now, but I'm waiting for them to change it since we've caught on.

I'd have fun with it myself if I was doing it...

looks like ESPNU-HD is not a priority for D* either

D* announced it but has yet to add it.

We all know what the deal is w/ ESPN and the Rainbow channels.

However, the fulltime RSN's aren't part of any lawsuits AFAIK, just not a big priority for Dish right now. Honestly, I can't say that's high on my list of wants. Of course, I'm not a baseball fan. My sympathies to those that are.

Back on topic

How did you guys get DIY out of 4111? I assume you just dropped the 4?

Nope and no ESPNU HD or AMC HD eaither...

And I dont see them coming for a long long time.

Its a shame that customers have to pay the piper because Dish Network / Charlie's inability to play nice with providers and come to terms outside of court. Its the same broken record. Im sure that this lawsuit is Not stopping charlie from launching HDRSN's in full time. Its just that charlie doesn't want to because he doesn't think they are worth it but the thread over in the DN forum proves that it is! It also shows the frustration of customers missing out of their games. Im honestly beginning to think that charlie needs to revamp his programming choices and start hiring someone who cares as much about dish as he does. Eric Sahl was ok, but the guy who's in there now just isnt getting the job done. Who watches channels like Centric and ShortsHD? Im sure the numbers on those channels arent to great! So why waste the bandwidth on them. Replace them with channels such as Outermax, or RSN's in hd. Something that people would actually want to watch and see! I guess Commonsense just isnt a term Dish knows!:up
