Has anyone heard of an issues with distortion on the 61.5

Have had several customers in different markets complain about ghosting, and all the channels we have found, have came off the 61.5

Not seeing anything on our known channel issues about this. Are they getting a strong signal off these channels?

I have this problem reported in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and PA
