If the Noggin split is true, this will be great news, this was one minor setback I was going to take when I move to dish. For those who have kids, Noggin is a great channel

4815 and 4816 do not have enough bandwidth for typical video. I'm not sure if these were slated for the launch though.
4815 and 4816 weren't slated for the viacom channels (I don't think)... thought they were:
4808 - CMT
4809 - MTV
4812 - Comedy Central
4813 - Nick
4814 - Spike
4817 - VH1
4818 - BET

That's the post I was looking for!

All of them have bandwidth on 129 except for 9510...BET. ;) Queue violin.

I'll check 61.5 in a minute when I swing the dish over there.

Ah...this would explain why a few of the SD version of these channels are now showing up in my guide (CC and Spike) and I have Turbo Silver.

The channels on 61.5 are going to look like crap compared to the ones on 129. The transponder on 129 is 8PSK (40 mbit) and the one on 61.5 is in QPSK mode (30 mbit). But from what I hear there isn't a whole lot HD on the Viacom channels to begin with.
