yes it has bind scan it works well, from what I could tell no differences from my pansat.

Since my motor has always been a pain with USALS (not set up correctly), I prefer DISQC moving... It works, but like when I turn the box off from the back the motor goes back to its default and it would move when I didn't want it to. So I would only move it to where i wanted it and then turn off the motor so to prevent problems.

I am guessing you might have better luck with USALS, i never really enjoyed my motor setup and i am more of a BUD guy (actuator).
