I remember reading somewhere, a year or so ago, about a Dish DVR with 4 Satellite Tuners at CES (or another show). Not talking about 2 Satellite tuners and 2 ATSC tuners. This was very clearly 4 Satellite Channel that could be recorded at the same time.

Whatever happened to this unit?

Ah... The XiP813 has only 3 satellite tuners.

Yes people spend too much time and money on their television viewing. I remember back in the 60's and 70's when the only time our TV was on was after 7pm at night and off by 11pm except on special occasions. I can say we were much more healthy and weighed less.
