4K Joey Audio Question (1 Viewer)

I've noticed that the TV connected to the 4K Joey sometimes has audio volume issues.

At times, I'll be watching a channel, and when the program comes back from a commercial, the audio volume level immediately drops, even though I haven't changed the volume on the TV itself. Then after a few minutes, the volume will increase back up to where it was before, prior to the drop.

I was thinking maybe this was related to the feature where it automatically balances out the volume, since commercials tend to be much louder than the shows themselves, but is there any way to fix it? The issue doesn't happen with my other TV connected directly to the H3.

You can go into the settings on the Joey and in Audio Output, turn leveling off, see how that works
