i install my hopper3 with a 4k joey the hopper is working perfect but the joey not downloading from the hopper the hopper am seeing where it is link to the hopper but stuck on download for about an hour still nothing.

Unplug the joey , plug it back in and let it reset . Then Call DISH and let the tech department walk you through it. I had the same problem with my joey 2.0 when I installed it and it stayed on downloading and didn't get the latest software till they helped me through it.
