Update:
I decided to try another HDMI cable and bypass the AVR. I hooked the H3 directly to the P75 on HDMI 2 and let the audio go to the AVR via ARC on HDMI 1. Voila! I got 2160p on the Fox Sports basketball game tonight.
One thing I noticed was that the the old HDMI cable from the H3 to the Marantz AVR was in pretty bad shape. The insulation was off with quite a bit of the shielding exposed. I didn't get a chance to experiment further, but I will replace the HDMI cable from the H3 to the Marantz and see if I get 2160p through the AVR.
