The 5 LNB does not bring in OTA locals, it can only process the signal from the satellites.

The receivers themselves, or the multiswitch, is what gives you your OTA locals.

The multiswitch only carries the signal in from the dish. The tuner in the receiver is what receives the ota signal.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I was thinking of the flexports on the 6x8 but you can't diplex your OTA signal with the new sats the 5LNB sees.
 
Actually it is the ATSC tuner in the receiver that processes the OTA Digital signals. Older HD receivers such as thr Samsung TS 360 also had a NTSC tuner for Analog channels
