500 vs 1000 setup ?

when taking my dish camping is either one of these harder to align? getting different feedback saying the 500 on 100/119 is easier than the 1000 on 129. any truth to this?

The dish 500 receives satellites 110 and 119. The 1000.2 receives 110, 119, and 129 so it is a little more difficult because you're aiming at three satellites compared to two with the 500.

Not quite sure if you have an HD package or not ... but you might be missing channels if you only have 110/119. You will get some, but not all.

Edit: Depending on where you are camping ... climbing the tree might be the trickiest part
