I have two 501s & both will dial out to dishnetwork- but will not connect.
This creates problems w/ PPV
If I pick up a phone -I can hear the connected dishnetwork computer modem reply but the 501 never connects - then the line is dropped.
Customer service keeps talking about grounding the line- I have- they even sent me a replacement unit once - so now I have had three receivers that won't connect.
Is there some problem in my phone wiring perhaps? I have tried connecting to different jacks & reversing the wiring.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
