522 Duplicate recordings?

Any way to prevent duplicate dvr recordings on the 522 my 508 does it but not the 522 ?

Insufficient data for a good answer. But here's some tidbits.

The 508 can NOT do duplicate recordings - it only has one tuner.

Look at the timers list in the 522 - maybe you'll see something there.

I mean duplicate recordings of the same show.

I have seen this happen on my 522 with local channel recordings.
Problem was local channels show up in the guide twice, They are listed as a 4 diget channel # and then the mapped listing with the normal channel number.
I can prevent this by setting the dishpass recording timer to only record on the specific channel I want.
