522 UHF Remote for TV1

Will a UHF remote from an 811 receiver work for TV1 on a 522? I've seen quite a few on E-Bay recently and was wondering if it's worth a shot.

the 811 uhf pro remote will only transmit uhf signal, unlike regular dish remotes which transmit infared & uhf signals at the same time. the 522 tv1 tuner will only accept ir signals. i wouldnt buy any uhf pro remotes unless your planning on using it for tv2 on a 522 or an 811.

Actually, TV1 can be controlled with UHF:
