522 with sound and no picture

it is connected via coaxial cable. i have never seen this before. i can't change the channel either. i do get a picture on the acquiring satellite screen and downloading guide screen, but nothing when it finally comes up and running.

they are sending me a replacement receiver. i started getting errors about the hard drive so i think it is done for.
