54 Remote Glitch?

Anyone else lose all voice control functions on H3 today? Mine disappeared & I'm trying to figure out if it's the remote (microphone?) or a problem on the server side. All other functions are normal including, apps.

Voice not working with either the 50 or 54 remotes on both Hopper 3 and Joey.

Thanks, I was about to ask for a replacement remote - guess they've got server side issues on that feature.

Don’t feel like an idiot. I tested with the 50 first because it was right next to me. Then I went to another room to test the 54.

Yep. Love the voice search for "College Football Schedule" command, by far the fastest & easiest way to see a well organized, concise listing. Far better & quicker than the scrolling list channel or the Game Finder app.

Happened to me demo'ing it on a new connect today, so it must be a system wide glitch. Not sure HOW that could be, but it looks that way

An internet connection is necessary for the voice commands to work so if the voice server is down then probably voice commands won't work.
