61.5 and 129

Sorry if I missed this somewhere else....

So, Dish Network is placing (or trying to place) a new dish at 61.5 for new HD channels... both local and national, right?

For the new National content, how are they going to provide those channels to customers using 129 for HD locals now (like Los Angeles)? Are they going to make us also get a 61.5 dish for the new national HD, or does 129 have tons of excess capacity that 61.5 doesn't, or what?

The new sat was going to replace the one at 61.5 as it had more transponders. Most all national content is mirrored on 61.5 and 129.
