61.5 or 148 for HD in northen Mexico?

Hi all,

I want to get HD but I want to know what satellite I can see better in northen Mexico for HD, the 61.5 or the 148, any help would be greatly apreciated.

there is no hd content at 148 degrees. you meant to say 129 instead of 148.

the answer depends on where in mexico you are. if you are south of texas, the 129 will not work and you'll have to go for a 61.5.

if you are south of california or arizona, either will work.

There is HD Content on 148W - but it is not a main HD Satellite as are 61.5 and 129W.
